Iona has lived and worked in Hervey Bay for 9 years, she enjoys all aspects of family dentistry but is especially passionate about caring for people who may have teeth which are beyond saving, guiding them through the transition to dentures. She is an Associate Lecturer with the University of Queensland and has accreditation at St Stephens hospital which means she can do routine dental care whilst a patient is under a general anaesthetic. She is also a member of the Australian Society of Hypnosis and has completed some post graduate study in hypnosis. Iona has 2 young children so is often happy to come to work for a cup of tea in peace!
