Doctor Details

Nick is a principal dentist at White Dental Co. with over 15 years of experience serving the Fraser Coast community. Originally from Narrabri in north western N.S.W, he grew up on a broad acre cereal and cotton farm and has always been conscious of the needs for local health care in regional and rural Australia.

 

Nick was educated in Toowoomba during his high school years winning an academic scholarship to Toowoomba Grammar School. He went on to tertiary studies at the University of Queensland in Brisbane where he achieved his Bachelor of Science in Physiology. Not satisfied Nick went on to study Dentistry at Sydney University finishing in 2004.

 

He began work as a dentist in public clinics in Maryborough then private practice in Hervey Bay, being attracted back to sunny Queensland by the warm sunshine and his wife Emilie. They have 3 girls together and enjoy the lifestyle Hervey Bay provides their family.

 

As a dentist, Nick has keen interests in preventative dental care, oral surgery, children's dentistry and treating gum disease, but provides a full range of general dental services including fillings, crowns, bridges, implants, veneers, and sleep apnoea appliances. He visits the St Stephens Hospital for treatment of patients under general anaesthetic.
